Namma Doctor is a people-first community initiative focused on healthcare awareness, health camps, community programs, youth engagement, and volunteer-driven public service.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering as a member or signing up for an initiative.
• Membership is open to individuals who support the goals of Namma Doctor and agree to these Terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership or access to the Site at our discretion, including for misuse of the Site or misrepresentation of information.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

Participation in health camps, medical awareness programs, or wellness activities is voluntary.

You participate in health camps and community programs at your own discretion and risk. We recommend consulting your own physician for any medical concerns.

• Volunteers act on a voluntary basis and are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly during any initiative.
• Namma Doctor may set additional guidelines for specific volunteer activities, which volunteers must follow.

Donations made through the Site, if applicable, are intended to support Namma Doctor's community initiatives.

Donation-related terms, receipts, and applicable tax information (if any) will be communicated separately at the point of donation.

All content on the Site — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Namma Doctor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or content without prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namma Doctor, its founders, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any initiative, including but not limited to health camps and community programs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
